Art Portfolio ONE: Project Statement

 For my AP1 project, I would like to create a modern style for bedroom, living space, kitchen, bathroom, working room and entrance hall. Modern style flavors simplicity, elegant balance through features. It often go with some materials such as gratine, silk, velvet or polished wood and some colors like tan, or white. I will design the interior of a single floor apartment in Barcelona. My client can be a professional couple who work in the Arts in their 30's, because this style shows maturity ,stability as well as the personality, which is really match with my client's preferences. I will first sketch some interior designs in the Bauhaus style based on colors, and shapes, then focus on designing rooms in a modern classic style. Furthermore, I will use some of the colors learned in the lesson on Objects, as well as create a reference palette to form interior design ideas. The 3D models will be created in the Bauhaus style and will include a bedroom and a bathroom, because I want to show the space between the two rooms to demonstrate movement.
